Love Bros & Lee has been operating on the headwaters of the Finlay River for over 50 years. We offer some of the best fly fishing and hunting on nearly 3000 sq. miles of pristine wilderness in the heart of northwestern British Columbia, Canada. It is a remote area, located 165 - 185 air miles north of Smithers, British Columbia, accessed only by floatplane. The charter flight to and from camp is included in the hunt or fly fishing trip rate.

Whether you prefer rifle, black powder, or bow hunting, you will find superb hunting opportunities for many species. We offer single or combination hunts for Western Canada Moose, Mountain Goat, Mountain Caribou, Black Bear and Wolf. Hunt Stone Sheep by special arrangement.
As a bonus, we are based on famous fly fishing streams and lakes that offer the ultimate in wild rainbow angling. We have the first camp ever built on the the Firesteel River which runs through the heart of our exclusive area.
Fishing and wilderness trips take place in July and August, and August is also the prime sheep hunting time. The hunting season for moose, goat, caribou, black bear, and wolf runs between mid-August and mid-October.
We cater to small groups, usually about three or four hunters or fishermen at one time. Ron often guides himself, along with several experienced assistant guides, thereby offering a very personalized service to our guests.
We have eight camps located in the area but only hunt one or two at a time, and rotate camps to ensure there is no pressure on any one portion of the area. There is boat hunting on big lakes and / or backpack hunting, hiking mountainous terrain, but returning to a main camp each night for excellent home cooked meals and a warm cabin.
